to call her husband. I called him on the 2nd and set up to replace switch at 4:45 on the 2nd. I completed work and customer was satisfied.I told him for his troubles I would come back in the fall to do a Cleaning service on unit at NC (this is a $129.00 valve).Again l explained how sorry I was to the customer.Thank YouRaymond M
