I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]With all due respect I will not accept this letter Scott has provided. My reasoning, very simple Scott the business owner was not anywhere to be found when his technician told me in a very unprofessional tone "I (the customer) was to drive the vehicle up to the door and put it inside". I didn't demand an apology, I did expect for the business owner to place a higher value on the customer. My main concern is the fact that we were gouged. When I confronted the business owner Scott over the phone, he deliberately went out of his way to try to bait me the customer into a argument.  I find Scott and his mechanic highly unprofessional. My next step is to have the DOT and DMV start a investigation into the billing.
