I called Scott at 8 Am and left a message. I was called back in less than an hour. He set up a time to come and service my dryer and was right on time. He was friendly and at the same time very professional. He spotted the problem immediately and proceeded to repair it. I was extremely impressed because in the past, I have called other service people and they don't respond to the call. A couple of my neighbors have used Scott's services and were also impressed.
