a pay as you go phone that ran out of mins while I was laid up in bed. [redacted] did come to my home and see the shape I was in. I even lost 25 pounds duri g the month I was laid up. Ive never left anyone high and dry. Anyways you wanted an explanation and thats it. Im actually corresponding with [redacted] as I write this abd hes saying he didnt send this to you, his wife did , so maybe her name should be on complaint. Anyways im sendi g their payment to them. And yes im a registered business. Maybe ppl should do some research before making accusations and threats.

We are not satisfied until our money has been returned. We have yet to receive any refund like [redacted] said he would. Once our money has been returned in full we will withdrawal our complaint.
