Scottish Inn - Savannah

After driving almost an hour take him back from the beach I went to the front desk to ask for two towels and they refused service. I spoke with manager and she said she had no access to towels although I seen room service walk by with the vacuum cleaner towels and sheets in hand. She is a liar. Scottish in has NO Integrity. I told him I was going to report them to the Revdex.com which I did she told me I could leave tomorrow which we already checking out tomorrow. However we are coming from the beach now and we really need towels. I would not recommend this app this get to zero stars horrible service horrible customer service and the rooms are following a part. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

I stayed at this hotel and when I got there I did not have bed bugs but the next morning I woke up and had bites all over my arms I did inform management about the situation she said I was lien and she was not going to do anything for me. Front desk person was very rude. I did want to just make them aware of the situation but front desk person did not allow me to tell my side.
