After reviewing the file for [redacted] ***'s Drive, we can conclude the following: Brand new carpet and hard flooring was installed in August A new tenant, [redacted] , moved in and occupied the unit for yearsThere was no pet deposit for that tenantThis tenant moved out.Then, the carpets were steam cleaned, the [redacted] s moved in and noted the carpets were clean and free of stains on the move in sheet The tenant moved in, paid a pet deposit at the time of occupancy When the tenant moved out, a pet urine odor was found and upon inspection of the carpet, there are urine stains on the back of the carpetWe have photos of the stains The carpet was replaced due to tenant damage and depreciated for years of wear The result wasa $1,charge for ffooring replacement to the tenant
