Review: Hosting suspends my website with no warning or email explaining why they are doing this. In order for me to get some info, I had to submit a ticket which they responded that my website was crashing their servers which yet they can not give me the proper information to which website it is. There is no explanation in detail to what is causing the servers to crash. My websites have been running smoothly and I have websites on other hostings and this is by far the worse company I have ever used. First it was the Hacking which was their fault for lack of security on their servers then my IP keep getting denied just because I work a lot on building websites. Now this... suspending my domain with no explanation or warning. I have customers that use my website and now my website says suspended on them. Currently, I can not access non of my files because since they suspended my main domain, all my other websites are gone too. Which I have about 5 websites.Desired Settlement: I just paid for the domain and hosting in April close to $80 Hosting Plus Domain. I want that back please access to all my files so I can retrieve them.
