I am rejecting this response because: He installed a pool liner and needs to correct some large wrinkle issues and needs to fix the metal pole that has moved in my pool step and promised several times to return since May 20th, and to date I have not seen him

My company installed a liner for the customer as stated in signed proposal dated February 26, After we were cleaning up and waiting for water delivery after installation of liner, we noticed two small wrinkles on side of steps-I advised customer I would return in next few days or so to try and
adjust move wrinkle and told her I was 80% confident I could do soAt that moment customer's husband became very belligerent and started to cuss and approach me-I tried to diffuse by calmly telling MrsCustomer I would be back as soon as possible to address and also install main drain cover as is in proposal, Approximately next day or two I sent my technician to dive and install main drain cover per proposal- I personally needed to return to address wrinkle issue-but in no way this prevented customer from completely enjoying beautiful new pool liner-ready to swimAs time progressed I personally had health issue and was overwhelmed with workI also had to find a time when the customer’s husband was not home and he usually is- also large German shepherd is on property and needs to be restrained- beware of dog signsIn proposal it specifically states that we will remove all removable wrinkles and wrinkles in liner can occur on odd circumstances, but are minor and rare, although we take every step in preventingTherefore, please note there is no refund of money or any compensation for a wrinkle in liner, I still plan on correcting the problem in a timely manner but having received this complaint, it has delayed repair
