On May 15th [redacted] came into our store along with [redacted] inquiring to purchase appliances due to their mobile home fire to move into their garage.
They purchased a small chest freezer, a side by side refrigerator, an electric...

stove, washer and dryer, microwave, and a 5,000 btu window a/c originally $900 but cut a deal due to trying to help someone out. So charged them $600 for appliances. [redacted] purchased appliances with a credit card.
We never assured them of a cash refund as our policy states repair or merchandise of equal value. Sorry no cash refund.

On July 16th, 2015 [redacted] returned side by side refrigerator, dryer, stove, microwave, and chest freezer.
[redacted] and [redacted] made a deal in front of two witnesses on 3 of the appliances for $100 cash.
The stove [redacted] broke the glass door out, and [redacted] said we couldn't refund on that appliance, they still have washer, and the window a/c unit.
We don't have a problem giving her the remainder of appliances after [redacted] pays back what [redacted] paid for the 3 appliances which is side by side fridge, and small freezer, and dryer.
We have never met Mrs. [redacted] until around July 14th or 15th 2015. She gave her son her credit card to use to purchase appliances, so there for she didn't purchase them, her son and daughter in law did.
Mrs. [redacted] admitted to being out of town at the time of purchases.
Mr. [redacted] didn't verbally promise a refund.
[redacted] made a deal with Mr. [redacted] for the three appliances that Mrs. [redacted] would like returned to her.
Mr. [redacted] would just like [redacted] to return the $100 and then Mrs. [redacted] can have her appliances.
