I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]With all due respect I will not accept this letter Scott has providedMy reasoning, very simple Scott the business owner was not anywhere to be found when his technician told me in a very unprofessional tone "I (the customer) was to drive the vehicle up to the door and put it inside"I didn't demand an apology, I did expect for the business owner to place a higher value on the customerMy main concern is the fact that we were gougedWhen I confronted the business owner Scott over the phone, he deliberately went out of his way to try to bait me the customer into a argument. I find Scott and his mechanic highly unprofessionalMy next step is to have the DOT and DMV start a investigation into the billing.

He came to pick up a truck and the dash panel was notinstalled on itI apologized for that inconvenienceHe adamantly insisted that my employee was rude with him anddemanded I apologized on the employee's behalf and was unwilling to accept the possibility that he misunderstood him.The second interaction was on the phone where he directly accused us of intentionally overcharging him and accused usof employing technicians with no armsI did try to explain to him the series of events that took place during this repairbut he was only interested in his two possibilitiesI would like to assure you that all of my employees are polite andprofessional, especially the one that he had an interaction withI would also like to assure you that all of my technicianshave arms and know how to use them.I would like you to know that we value your business and are interested in doing any or all work you would sendusMy business philosophy is to make my business and extension of yours, a place where you can have your truckrepairs and maintenance performed while you focus on your businessTaking advantage or overcharging people wouldgo directly against that philosophyIf you have any questions on anything, feel free to contact me.Thank you,ScottScott's Diesel
