As per our telephone conversation today- I could not believe you where thinking I only wanted him to get a slap on the handIm a year old woman helping raise two young grand children - on limited income to boot! Refrigerator needs repair & I call *** *** * *** ***He comes out
- says he has to order a part - after days later he comes back - in a few days refrigerator right back to where it was - I called I called him "8" timesHe never came to make his work good - in fact - *** *** *** - said it wasn't the part he put in - He repaired it - called back to see if all was working properly - and it was and isThat's good businessHow you figure I wasn't asking for my money back is beyond meI can't afford to pay for something I didn't getHe had spoiled food too - but all I want and deserve is my money backI contacted you folks as I thought that was the proper thing to do. You said he never responded - So he's doing you like he does his customers! He needs to pay me back my $as he never earned his money and didn't have the decency to call back and take care of the problemThank you for your time let me hear from you
