This response is to a complaint filed by James J***, our client, with the Revdex.comWe are responding to this complaint with the attorney-client confidentiality in mind.Before the complaint was filed by MrJ [redacted] with the Revdex.com, MrJ [redacted] had settled his lawsuit against the other party involved in this actionOur firm was waiting on a response from a third party payer in order to complete the settlementWe were in constant communication with MrJ [redacted] about the issue that we had with the third party payer and we believed that he understood the issue that we were having with them Since the complaint was filed, we have settled the matter with the third party payer, and MrJones is satisfied with our firm's work on his behalfFurthermore, MrJones explained to us that he understands that we are not to blame for this issue and he will be redacting any complaint that he may have filed against our firmThank you
