involved in this action. Our firm was waiting on a response from a third party payer in order to complete the settlement. We were in constant communication with Mr. J[redacted] about the issue that we had with the third party payer and we believed that he understood the issue that we were having with them.  Since the complaint was filed, we have settled the matter with the third party payer, and Mr. Jones is satisfied with our firm's work on his behalf. Furthermore, Mr. Jones explained to us that he understands that we are not to blame for this issue and he will be redacting any complaint that he may have filed against our firm. Thank you
