Review: Anyway they refused to get new batteries for my wheel chair, I called them on 3-17-14 I get my repairs from [redacted] & [redacted], The Batteries cost 240.00, I'm low income on [redacted] I get 877.40 a month to live on. I cannot afford to buy me batteries they have paid for them since 2008 when I first got my wheel chair from them or 4-14-08.Desired Settlement: I would like some new batteries please.

Mr. [redacted] does not qualify for batteries under [redacted] guidelines. I was on the three way conference call with Mr. [redacted] and [redacted]; he actually disqualified himself verbally with the [redacted] Representative. So,yes I refused to get him new batteries for his power wheelchair, because I would not commit a crime. In essence he want these batteries for free and that is just not an option!
