Good Morning,This is Tyler D*** from the warranty department for Scott USAI personally have seen the bike in person and I have seen photos of this bike that the shop sent to us. The bike was involved in some type of incident as the bikes rear derailleur hanger was bent backwards and
broke the hanger and the framewe do offer up to a year warranty if its a defect with the framewe don't feel this was a defective in the frame but more rider caused which allowed the hanger to break and crack the frame as well. If the hanger and derailleur was to be a defective item then this process would have happened in the first couple of days of owning the bikeIf the rider bends the hanger or messes with the screws for the adjustment then that wouldn't be our responsibility as the website states its the customer responsibility to make sure the bike is in perfect working order before he or she riders the bike if I need to send photos I can do so but we have offer a new frame at a highly discounted price to keep the rider on a Scott bikeif you need any more info my contact info is below Tyler D*** Warranty Manager Scott Sports email is Td***@scottusa.com1-888-607-Ext

Good afternoon, My Name is Tyler D*** and I run the warranty department in the statesI have looked over the claim and if the customer would like his refund back on the shoes then we can get this handleI would need to the customer to return the shoes to the dealer that he purchase them
from and then we can set up the return to credit back the shop and the shop would credit back the customer.
