This company is a perfect example of how to run a business. My mother tried moving with company and the provided boxes, some tape, and a quote. As the move date approached she tried to call them on numerous occasions and they never answered the calls or returned her messages. She ended up choosing a different company because she could not reach them. After the move, she received a $900 bill and a note stating that "out phones hav worked for 25 years. I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com but apparently a very flippant response is all it takes to have the complaint resolved. After 3 years I am still extremely disappointed in this company and see that other people have had the same problem. Save your time and money. Go with any other company
