Review: My Car was involved in a traffic accident, [redacted] County Police requested the services of this towing company (SST). A flat bed truck came to pick up my car and I was charged for services never provided. I was charged $38.00 extra labor for extricating my car out of a dish. I was there the whole time and this never happened. The flat bed truck backed up to about 2 feet from the rear bumper of my car, the flat bed truck never had to come out of the pavement in order to reach my car, this truck never had to use any extra equipment in order to reach nor pick up the car.Desired Settlement: Refund and interest for this was a credit card payment.

WRECK CHASER - DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR YOUR VEHICLE TO BE TOWED BY THIS COMPANY. HIGHWAY ROBBERY WHEN IT COMES TO FAIR AND REASONABLE CHARGES AND YOU NEED HELP TOWING YOUR VEHICLE TO A SAFE PLACE AFTER AN ACCIDENT OR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. MY EXPERIECE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS AWFUL. 1ST THE WANTED CASH UP FRONT AND WHEN THEY TOWED IT THEY DOUBLE CHARGED TO GET IT TO MY BODY SHOP. THEY ARE VERY UNREASONABLE AND UNFAIR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
