Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In no way has [redacted] resolved the issueEven after sending this response to this very complaint, he has made no attempt to reach out and refund the payment of $I have asked for a refund of my payment times over the last FIVE MONTHS to [redacted] directly, and - each time - he has only made empty promises to resolve the issue by extending the timeline on my projectIn [redacted] 's response, he states that I am at fault for not handing over the second half of the paymentIf there are already discrepancies with [redacted] 's performance after just the down payment, why would I throw another thousand dollars into a failing service? [redacted] then admits that "the project was a poor fit for crowdfunding, which is also something we should have taken into consideration before accepting the project." This is a clear statementWhen given numerous chances to pull away from handling my project, [redacted] should have offered a refund and walked awayInstead, he retained my deposit, continued to string me along, and eventually ignored me and my projectThe only resolution I will accept is a full refund of the $I do not want to continue working with [redacted] , The Crowdfund Boutique, J&E Creative, or any other affiliated entity Regards, [redacted] ***
I, *** ***, acknowledge this complaint, and will attempt to resolve it with the clientThe CrowdFund Boutique is no longer operational due to lack of funds - we will attempt to work out a resolution with the clientJ and E Creative is a separate company that I was once a co-founder of, but
I have split from them (although I do share their articles on Facebook which is what Mr*** is referring to), and I would ask that the Revdex.com keeps this issue to the company that has actually dealt with Mr*** (The CrowdFund Boutique)We did indeed build the campaign Mr*** requested, but were unable to perform PR as the second payment was never paid and the project was a poor fit for crowdfunding, which is also something we should have taken into consideration before accepting the project
