2017 [redacted] is on video being told there is a diagnostic charge $85.00 to disassembly and re assembly his laptop to get an accurate quote for a repair. He agreed. He needed a touch screen, front plastic, back plastic and hinges to fix his laptop which had broken screen and other issues. The part was $375.00 and labor was $200.00. We called Mr. [redacted] on the phone, he sent not to fix it and he was going to come in Monday May 22, 2017.
