I went for an interview for a weight loss program. All information ( I found out later was not disclosed). I paid the fee( $1400.00) and started the program. Had blood work, saw the doctor and was given 23 syringes, no instruction or information on how to use them. I was given a booklet that day and in it , was described everything to do. I was unhappy with what was required, and said I wanted a refund. I was promised a refund if I wasn't happy. I waited several weeks and no refund, so I contacted them again, they talked me into trying the program again. I did and after 10 days said I could not continue. They said I would recieve a refund, I still have not. This started April 8th and it is now August 7th and still no refund. I have sent texts and am told she is working on it. They have had my money long enough.
