Dear [redacted],In reviewing this complaint, It's not clear to me who is responsible for the last payment on **. [redacted]'s 2011 Mazda3 lease, The paperwork does not indicate whether **, [redacted] or Scott Mazda should pay it. In normal circumstances, that responsibility...

Review: Below is a list of the issues I have had since I purchased the car.
1. The car lift gate panel was cracked
2. It was dirty
3. Scratch-didn't offer to fix it. We were told to purchase paint.
4. Didn't know the product. Ex. [redacted] trial
6. No drivers/operating manual (they gave us a 2014 manual and this was only because we asked for it)
7. Certified/Certification didn't include most items on the certification list. ([redacted] report, owners manual, warranty manual, vehicle service history)
8.When we purchased the car, [redacted] tried to sell us an extended warranty. We explained that what was on one of the many pieces of paperwork (Each Mazda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with a confidence-inspiring 12-Month/12,000-Mile Limited Vehicle Warranty with no deductible on covered repairs, which begins when the factory warranty ends. If it's out of warranty, the 12-Month/12,000-Mile Limited Vehicle Warranty begins on the CPO purchase date.) that it meant an extra year warranty. He claimed it didn't and said he called Mazda himself and it didn't mean that. However, when I called Mazda later on in the week they said it was included. The guy from Mazda USA said he was trying to rip us off.
9. Driver side mirror and hood of the car vibrates. (Read bulletin that it is an issue on the [redacted]) We feel the mirrors should of been identified and fixed during the certification process per the 150 pt. inspection. It is hard to imagine that this was missed.
10. Did not receive a receipt showing the amount of money I put down on the car. The sale person said he would mail something in the mail and I have no received anything. I even sent him a reminder.
I contacted the owner to get things resolved, but he has failed to return my phone calls and the sales person said I have to go through him to get my answers.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay [redacted] Mazda to fix the scratch and detail my car. Driving over 50 miles to get it done is not an option. If they were real nice they would do more (like car mats) as we have also educated them on there product (Mazda warranty). Also, I would like a receipt as I requested several times showing that I have put money down on the vehicle.

Review: At the end of March I went to Scott Mazada to lease another Mazda. I was told by the Salesman named [redacted] (who doesn't work there any more) that Mazda would buy out my old lease (which was a 2011 Mazda which was in excellent condition) which was the last payment of 230.35 and waive the disposition fee of 300 dollars. I dicussed with [redacted] how I would keep the car and pay the last payment and come back the next month for a new least but he assured me they would buy out the lease. They did waive the diposition fee but did NOT buy out the lease like they said they would. I explain to [redacted] that I was a single Mom and on a very tight buget and couldn't afford to pay the last payment on the old lease and then another payment for the new lease in the same month (unless you have money to throw away who would do that?) When we went over all the paperwork He was explaining things to me as I was signing them and when we got to the "WE OWE" he assured me and mention again that I would not have to pay the last months payment only now I can see that document said nothing but "all we owe you is great service" so he dupped me into signing I guess hoping I would notice and I guess I didn't. Why would you give anyone this doc if you didn't own them anything so you can lie to them and get away with it?! Now Mazda's collections office calls me and tells me I have to make the last payment. I called the Scott Mazda office and they said it wasn't any mention in the paperwork that they would buy out the last payment on my lease and that they don't make payments and that they could help me. How convenient for them. I am so so upset with Mazda that they didn't do what they said they were going to do. If I knew they were not going to make this payment I would have waited to get the new lease! I would like my money back for this payment. Is there anything at all you can do to help me please?Desired Settlement: 230.35 and any additional or collection fees this payment has incurred
