Paid in full letter has not been issued after numerous requests.
Final payment was made on account in June. They are refusing to send me my letter stating that the account is paid in full. I spoke to someone on 8/8/13 and was told it was sent back to the creditor and was provided a number to another Collection agency. My debt was paid per the aggreement I made with Scott Lowery Law Office and I want the proof other than my cancelled checks. It should not be re-sold to another collection agency since it was paid in full.
