Review: I was sold a '07 Nissan Maxima with a rusted oil/coolant tube. On august 8 2013 as I parked the car, I noticed steam coming from the engine, upon further inspection I found that a sizable amount of coolant was leaking from the car. I had the car towed for repairs. I am now being told I have to pay the repair bill when this issue should have been fixed in the car before it was put on the lot for sale. I say this because I've had the car less than four months. The rust issue could not have gotten that bad that quickly. The issue was in the car before I got it, and I specifically asked the dealer about rust damage in the car and he assured me that there was none. I am on my way to pay the bill now because I need the car being that I am a retired Army veteran trying to go to school to get back out into the work force. I need the car to get from point A to point B. I want a refund of my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money and for any other issues that were within the car before I purchased it to be fixed.

The repairs that were needed on 8/8/2013 were for a hose, that began 5 months after purchase. There hadn't been an issue with the hose at the time of purchase, and it worked as normal. If there had been an Issue at time of purchase, the hose would have been replaced by us. [redacted] would be responsible for this repair. The service bill of $433.46 was reduced to $319.54, we covered the towing bill and oil change.
