We have been very impressed with our interaction and experience with Scott Leman Autos in Goodfield. They were very helpful and personal getting to know about our family’s needs & desires that would inform our choices of vehicles. We did not feel pressured into anything and when we supplied a long list of specific desires for a vehicle they went out and found exactly what we were wanting keeping us informed of any progress and checking back in with us all along the way. At one point in this process too a price was accidently quoted us bellow what should have been charged, but they, instead of changing anything, simply chose to honor it and say no more. When we came to pick up the vehicle they had found we got a walkthrough of it and were/are very pleased. All that said, the real proof of a business is how they respond when things go wrong. Our vehicle they had acquired for us from a partner dealership ended up having an unforeseeable issue the day after we took it home. After calling and telling them about it they made time in their schedule to have us bring it by and look at it that same day. They then got us into a local repair place as soon as possible and helped make sure we were not put out financially by any aspects of the repair. Overall we were very pleased with their care for us, love our new vehicle, and will certainly being going back again for future vehicle purchases. Thanks Scott & Roy!

What a joke! We dealt with very dishonest man named Butch. We live 2 hours away and spoke with him twice, same number ($23, 800 for Ford Transit) was discussed both times. We drive there, discuss that number again. Sit there for a couple hours as they pretend they're working on something. Then Butch hides in the office (can't even show his face????) as he tells the owner he told us $28,800... we obviously said that's not what we were told and Butch stayed in the office the whole time as we left, what a man!????The owner acted like he cared and said he would make things right even if he wasn't able to get the price right... iit's been 1 week and not even a phone called. I would be so ashamed and embarrassed! Very very deceitful practices! Highly recommend not giving these guys the time of day
