How else would we he got the exact VIN and lienholder information? This is a common practice in an insurance agency? When [redacted] addressed us that she didn’t want the insurance because of the cost and informed us that she took out coverage elsewhere, she was informed that we can cancel the policy back to the date we insured her car, thus zeroing out her balance, when she provided us her insurance information from her new carrier (dec page, ID card, etc)? This was told to her on multiple occasions, and can still be the fix to her problem? To this point, 4/6/11:55am, we have received no such document.?
