We called several times to the office to set up a service call. Three weeks later STILL no service. Save yourself time and aggravation, call a different company. They do installs but will not honor the warranty work

Excellent customer service doing office hours! Not so much after hours. If you get the owner he is a little rude and slurs a lot. Other times it goes to voicemail. Lady that answers the phone I think runs the business accommodates your requests. Service people very knowledgeable.

First I want to say that we had called another company in Green Valley and they wanted $10,000 for a new unit on my roof. My neighbor had used *** Heating and Cooling on theirs and he highly recommended ***. Sure enough I called and set up an appointment for an estimate (same day!) *** Heating and Cooling saved me $4000.00! from Green Valley Heating! Everyone I spoke with COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL! from the office to the young men that installed it! and in the heat of June I had a new air conditioner within two days! It was literally the easiest thing that we did this year! BUY with CONFIDENCE!
