I am rejecting this
response because:
I have been calling them and leaving messages since their technician told me to call the office to scheduleBut no one was there to answer the phoneI got voice mail every timeI called and left messages almost everyday for a few weeks, then every week, then every other week, I did this for month, no one ever called me backI even went to the address they listed on their website and their invoice, only to find that there was no such businessI decided to give them another chance after I received their response above, I called and left message again on 12/15/2015, again I have not heard anything from themI don't think they have any intention to stand by their warranty
