We contacted Scott Good in March about laying sod in our front yard He quickly got a quote to us and everything was good until the work was supposed to be completed I contacted him in April, one month after the quote was sent and he said "they have a large paver project but as soon as they finish that, you are next on the list" I emailed him again in May, two months after the quote was sent and he told me they would be there "on day next week" I then emailed him again in June, three months after the original email, and told him his services were no longer needed I carbon copied the person who referred him to us and he sent back an unprofessional email saying "I have had the satisfaction of being able to pick and choose the customers we do work for" He also threw in this little tid bit for good measures: "Good luck with whatever scab contractor you choose"He says he has been voted "the best in NKY for the past years" I don't know how that is chosen but the procedure needs to be looked at I would never recommend him to anyone as he is very unprofessional and his customer service is the worst I've seenI now understand why he isn't Revdex.com certified as he probably wouldn't stay in business very long
