something else comes up. We still haven't received rent for this month. They have been living there since April. I have even asked them about any issues they might have and to directly tell me. I don't have issues fixing their problems, but they signed a contract, as did we, to follow the contract, meaning to pay rent. I'm not sure what else to do. They have not finished paying their September or October rent either.
