SCOTT FENCE

Review: Had used Home Advisors and put in my personal information. Received several calls and had estimates from 3 professionals that had called.Went with Scott Fence LLC owned by [redacted] but after payments noticed it was t.scott fence on the receipts on payments and he emailed me several times to conduct business and promised workmanship for 1 year. After down payment of $2000 given to him cash upon post set never saw him again only by email conversations. On those conversations in person and in the emails I had complete trust on all guaranteed promises with him being a prior veteran and myself being a prior veteran that I would have no concerns. Before complete installation I had given owners son [redacted]. $1100 cash and told him I appreciate everything because I had a trust in his dad with all the workmanship promises.The fence is a cedar wood fence that looks beautiful but has issues with the gate securing and bottom boards that were not flush underneath the front part of fence to raise for additional privacy. Also caps on posts were missing and put on crooked. I then tried to ask for assistance to repair quality issues and can't get them resolved and not even a phone call returned. During the install I was told several times any issues they would return immediately and assist.Invoice date 1/7/15 Estimate#21813a Business name Scott Fence LLC for a total amount of $3089.00 with no sales tax included and I paid a total of $3100 cash.
