Dear Revdex.com- I wanted to respond to the complaint from Mr [redacted] On October 30, Mr [redacted] called our company about a leak he might have Our plumber [redacted] , advised Mr [redacted] that he had some water damage The cost to find the leak was $ [redacted] accidently added a “0” to the credit card machine which came out to $ Mr [redacted] called us right away I was the one who handled this compliant, and I apologized many times over for the error We refunded his money immediately [redacted] is one of our top plumbers He would never try and rip off someone, especially an elderly person It was an honest mistake We will not be refunding Mr [redacted] $ Kind Regards- [redacted] Operations Manager O: [redacted] C: [redacted] www.scottenglishplumbing.net
