I did not choose this person for the job because he's not on the up and up. I called to get an estimate on the job. He came, looked at the job and said he would call me with an estimate. A few days later he called again saying he wanted to look at the job again. So he came over a day later, looked at it and still had no estimate but asked me what I would pay. I had estimated the job at 1500$ right in front of him. I explained how much for labor, how much for trips to the landfill and/or goodwill to drop off donated items. 1000$ for labor and 500 for travel/hauling. He writes up a contract of sorts on a pad and makes the price 1800$. I told him I would have to think about it. Not feeling good about this I did some research. He called a day later about some items I was getting rid of. I told him I would handle it by myself. He got upset, told me to shove (an item I was going to give him) up my backside. He called seven times throwing curses and vulgarity at me. I wouldn't deal with this man ever. I suggest you don't either.

Review: After numerous unanswered calls I finally reached him today and he was extremely rude. I explained to him that the roof he was paid to fix was still leaking but had started leaking worse and that he needed to fix it. He promised two weeks ago that he would bring the items for me to fix it myself but has not returned at all. When I spoke to him today about fixing it he said " [redacted] i'm not fixing anything [redacted] you and go [redacted] yourself and if you call me again I will get your [redacted] for harassment. I was not harassing him I was only trying to get him to complete the job that he was paid in full to complete. He should not be able to practice this business and not complete the tasks. No one should have to be subjected to this time of attitude towards their customers.Desired Settlement: He should have to complete the job he was paid in full to do or refund the paying price so that I can get the source of the problem fixed by someone who can and will do the job correctly

Review: Mr. Deal was hired to clean out gutters. He spent about 20 minutes on the job and did not do a proper job. Gutters were still stopped up and numerous attempts to have him return were ignored.Desired Settlement: Want any future consumers of this company to know how unprofessional and inferior the work was.
