I purchased a Hyundai Veloster from Sunnyside Toyota and it was recalled for a panoramic window the year before I bought it so (it was fixed) but three weeks ago it cracked on both sides and thru the middle and we had a couple wind and rain and ice storms that week so I figured that is what caused the crack but my insurance company(***) said it was a factory default and they would not cover it so I contacted Hyundai main office and they said they would replace the window but I feel unsafe about this window just spontaniously breaking for me on the highway( thats why it was recalled) I have the vehicle in a garage in New Philadelphia and it's been there for weeks and Hyundai said they would pay for my mechanic to fix it by putting a roof up there instead of that glass panel but yesterday they called and said they changed there minds and they would only fix it if they themselves put the original glass( the glass that has broke previous times) back inI don't know if you can h
I had an extensive brake job done in November I was informed by separate auto mechanics that the brake job was done incorrectly in August of 2016; the brakes were not wearing correctly Sunnyside redid the brakes, unfortunately, incorrectly In July of 2017, I was told by different mechanics that I had another bad brake job I took the parts and the write up of what was wrong and had the brakes correctly fixed by another dealership, which I paid for again I have written to Sunnyside and they refuse to reimburse me stating that the brakes were bad because of the mileage put on them The issue is this; the brake job was done poorly and incorrect The brakes failed and the caliper was stuck prior to the mileage being put on them, which is why they wore the way they did I want to be reimbursed my money and Sunnyside refuses to give it me They stated if I would have gone back to them the third time for the brake repair they would have completed another brake job for
I bought a used *** *** from Sunnyside Toyota a little over a year agoBefore signing anything, I took it on a few test drives When I was on the highway and braking normally to exit, there was a vibration and noise coming from the front driver side tireAll of the tires looked very new & were in good conditionI told them this and they took a look at it and said one of the lug nuts was loose and they tightened it and also rotated the tires and that the problem was solved I noticed that the tires on the front had a little better tread then those that were on the rear before they rotated themI told them that I had always been taught that the better tires needed to be on the front for a front wheel drive a car They told me that their master mechanic who had been there for many years (I believe his name is Mike) had said that tire experts are reversing that train of thought and that the better tires now need to be on the back so the car doesn't fish-tail I sai
