Scott C's Auto Sales

Review: I had purchased a motorcycle from Scott C's on E bay. The bike was clearly advertised it had new and rear front tires. When the bike arrived via deliveryman, the first thing I noticed was the tires were nearly bald. Even the delivery man commented that the tires were certainly not new and noticed how worn they were. I contacted the seller right away stating his ad on E bay said new front and rear tires. He replied that I got a good price on the bike and that the bike was just serviced and passed PA inspection. The price, the service and the PA inspection are not relevant to my issue. My issue is he clearly advertised a bike with new tires on it, and there are clearly not new tires on this bike. This is not a simple issue of a burnt out light bulb, this is a serious safety issue for me to be on a bike that has worn tires that could slip on pavement or blow out. My life is on the line riding a bike with these tires on it. The mileage on the bike is only 1354 miles. There is no way these tires are this worn out with that low of mileage. The e bay ad number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the seller to pay for the cost of new tires to be installed on this bike. I received a quote from a local bike shop for $ 454.00 for new installed tires.

My experience with Scott's C was great! Walt M[redacted] was the sales guy that sold me my truck. Mr. M[redacted] want out of his way to get all of my answers and gave me the best deal out there. Thanks again to Scott'C and the sales team.
