I purchased a used vehicle from Scott C's. The salesman told me that the vehicle was "numbered" and that they had the original window sticker which would help it hold it's value. They failed to provide this. They sold me the car with only 1 key. Finally they ordered an additional key that I had to take to a ** dealer to have programmed. The day of the sale, I took the [redacted] Insurance for it but then decided later to cancel it. They still have not refunded me or the bank the entire policy amount which was $666.51. My bank where the car is financed received one check from them in the amount of $184.32. The policy was asked to be cancelled in November of 2012. The car ended up with a bent rim and the 2 spare tires that they gave us would not fit. They claim because it's considered a performance car that there is no spare tire. Then why did they give me 2 that wouldn't work? I had several service lights come on and took the car to them multiple times. Once they said the gas cap was dirty so they cleaned it, I personally think they replaced it but didn't want to tell me. The airbag light came on and I took it to them to be checked, they said they did not have the equipment to reset an airbag on a ** vehicle. How could they sell me a "certified" pre-owned vehicle if they do not have all the necessary equipment to service them before they even sell them? The last time I spoke with them I asked to have the car repaired and said I was in no hurry because I wanted it to be fixed and safe to drive. They refused to service it because they were moving their lot for the weekend for a big used car sales event in another town. I left the car with them and they called and told me if I didn't come back to get it, they would have it towed. Very poor customer service all the way around from the time of purchase.
