Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The reference source provided pertains to someone washing an item at home, not paying someone to professionally dry clean an item The source cited is also from some form of blog, not a professional resource Secondly, the receipts attached are not correct The items were only removed from the store once on 11/and only for about minutes The items were returned almost immediately to Scott Cleaners after noticing of the items were damaged From that point forward, they were in the possession of Scott Cleaners, not dropped off multiple times as the written documentation states The baby coat was picked up at the beginning of December because the weather was becoming colder, however the garment was never returned to the state in which it was dropped off The light jacket was only picked up after Scott Cleaners made it clear they would not reimburse me for the cost of the jacket, despite being responsible for the damage.I have attached the tickets that were provided to me, description of tickets below:The first file has the initial drop off tickets on 11/18/17, items to be ready on 11/21.The second file has the receipt when I picked up the items for a brief window of minutes, along with a pink ticket as proof that the items were dropped off to be redone. The third file has a ticket that was provided to me when I went to view the green jacket after an attempt was made to restore the item and it was finally dropped back off at the Scott Cleaners location. The fourth file has the refund I received for ONLY the ladies jacket.I have additional photos of the damaged items, including the baby coat, that was NOT restored to the state in which it was dropped off and would be happy to provide them Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Secondly, the receipts attached are not correct. The items were only removed from the store once on 11/22 and only for about 30 minutes. The items were returned almost immediately to Scott Cleaners after noticing 2 of the items were damaged. From that point forward, they were in the possession of Scott Cleaners, not dropped off multiple times as the written documentation states. The baby coat was picked up at the beginning of December because the weather was becoming colder, however the garment was never returned to the state in which it was dropped off. The light jacket was only picked up after Scott Cleaners made it clear they would not reimburse me for the cost of the jacket, despite being responsible for the damage.I have attached the tickets that were provided to me, description of tickets below:The first file has the initial drop off tickets on 11/18/17, items to be ready on 11/21.The second file has the receipt when I picked up the items for a brief window of 30 minutes, along with a pink ticket as proof that the items were dropped off to be redone. The third file has a ticket that was provided to me when I went to view the green jacket after an attempt was made to restore the item and it was finally dropped back off at the Scott Cleaners location. The fourth file has the refund I received for ONLY the ladies jacket.I have additional photos of the damaged items, including the baby coat, that was NOT restored to the state in which it was dropped off and would be happy to provide them.
