I DO NOT recommend Scott Burdette as a contractorFew months ago (July 2015), I paid him an initial deposit of over $3,to perform renovation work at my apartmentAfter cashing the check, he did not report to work and ignored any communication attempt from my sideI am now in touch with MD DLLR to get my money back and still having a difficult time in doing soIt is turning out to be a slow and painful process to get my deposit backScott also appears to be unlicensed something he did NOT mention to me beforehandThis is a complete fraudulent business and I would encourage people to stay away from it

I DO NOT recommend Scott Burdette as a contractor. Few months ago (July 2015), I paid him an initial deposit of over $3,300 to perform renovation work at my apartment. After cashing the check, he did not report to work and ignored any communication attempt from my side. I am now in touch with MD DLLR to get my money back and still having a difficult time in doing so. It is turning out to be a slow and painful process to get my deposit back. Scott also appears to be unlicensed something he did NOT mention to me beforehand. This is a complete fraudulent business and I would encourage people to stay away from it.
