Scott & Associates keeps calling to collect a debtI have no debtThey can't tell me who is seeking collection they only want me to provide info
Scott and Associates is harassing me for collection of a debt I am unaware of The keep asking me for my personal information which I refuse to provide to a solicitation caller I have asked them to provide me the information they have on file for me and I will confirm accuracy, they refuse to do so I am retired and have no outstanding debt and my credit score is over Whoever they are trying to reach, is not me or someone in my family
I believe they are harassing me because of my senior status and want them to send me the complaint by mail or stop calling
The collector is terroristicly threating me with legal actions over a debt that is over years old and has no legal right to collect on as no payments have been made
They refuse to talk to me or give me any informationI am trying to settle a debt and with every call my debt increases
My debt is from LVNV and was passed *** to this firmI have lost family and I need to pay funeral arrangments so I am forced to sell real estateI can not complete this transaction until this debt is cleared upI have called and talked to many people and no one will tell me anything or work with meMy debt was over a $credit cardThe collections company started trying to charge me $for this debtNow that it is with this firm they are adding $to it everytime I callSo now on a $debt they want me to pay $I don't have the money and I have tried to settle for $but no one there is able to do any form of settlingThis debt is years old and I can not bury my love ones due to this firm not allowing me to settle this debt. The person that answers the phone has been rude and will not allow me to talk to anyone else
A co-signed loan supposedly has not been paid even though a contracted amount was agreed upon
Before starting college I was offered a "booster" loan that was to help me get a head start on books and suppliesThe company handling the loan went out of business and somehow our information was sold off to this law officeMy mother and I are both on this loan and yet multiple instances have happened without my knowledge, leading me to believe someone is not doing their job properlyThe only time I spoke to our agent was after she said we defaulted on our paent arrangement - which I was never made aware ofShe stated my mother made the arrangement and it was never paidHow she was allowed to make an arrangement without my approval is beyond meWhen I asked about making a paent plan she said she couldn't because there was already an agreement made WITHOUT MEWhe I spoke with my mother she said she was allowed to do this and that she had made a contract arrangement to settle for a low
