I have been trying to get someone to come out and look at my patio that your company put in at my houseThe reason is because it settled a lotI haven't been able to get someone outCan you please let me know what are the necessary steps I need to comply with to get this accomplished? I have talked to Scott on the phone last year and he was suppose to send someone out and it never happenedI have attached pictures for your reference to see what I am talking aboutIt doesn't seem like the patio was supported correctly
