Hello, I have spoken to this company on several occasion by phone and email as well as Scotlynn transport (***). I have not received any response back in regards to the company driver of Scotlynn Trucking Company (mailbox accident driver negligence truck #1521) to resolve the issues and payment of the destruction of my mailbox. It seems that no one at this insurance company or Scotlynn do not give a care about the incident caused by Scotlynn's trucking driver.
Once again, I have been emailing and faxing all the pass correspondence between myself,***. I have sent these documents several times, as you will received them by fax and email once again. I would like to get this resolve ASAP! In which *** Scotlyn trucking seem to be dragging this issue. There has been no communication from you (***) or Scotlynn to resolving this incident. If you are not able to assist, please refer me to someone who can. This issue has been ongoing since 10/2017 with no resolution on fixing the problem. The driver inconvenience my family and me from receiving mail in our mailbox. We had to drive to the postal office to receive our mail.
