Review: Purchased product "FD3090" from Walmart on 16Oct2015. I selected because of the container stating "For all types of stereos: Single DIN, Double DIN, ISO DIN, and removable face stereos", "No special tools required", as well as "No dash modifications required". Upon installing, while following guidelines for a 2001-2004 Mustang (Figure 6), the installation kit didnn't fit the Double DIN radio as advertised. I was told to "Dremel" (A special tool not supposed to be needed) the kit to fit the radio when I called in to customer support with questions, and the radio still didn't sit right. The radio is a slide down and out model, and will not close fully because of the kit being in the way.The kit I purchased failed to live up to the advertisement of not needing tools, not having to modify, and fitting all types of Double DIN radios. When I requested to be refunded, the customer service said it isn't a possibility, because I "Dremeled" the kit to fit.Desired Settlement: Refund of $18.33 ($16.97 plus 8% sales tax) for false advertisement of product. If the company wants the pieces to the kit back, they may provide a return shipping label.

Review: Purchased a product which came with a One year warranty as stated below which I copied from their website. Warranty Information Scosche Industries warrants all products purchased on Scosche.com to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-Year commencing upon the date of purchase (with proof of purchase). I have spoken with them via telephone, sent an email along with pictures and so far they have not been willing to stand behind their product and correct the issue. I have given them several weeks to respond which has not happened as of this time.Desired Settlement: I am only requesting a replacement for the defective product and I am willing to send the defictive one back once I receive the new one with a return lable.
