Scorpion Slayer Termite And Pest Control

This man is badgering me, calling and texting me constantly for money he believes I owe him. We used his service years ago and discontinued our service agreement when we no longer needed pest control service. Apparently he believes we still owe him money, which we do not, and he still calls and texts me constantly. He has disrupted me at all times of the day and night. What a shameful and disgraceful way to try and get extra payment. I have finally had enough.
