I am rejecting this response because:
How much did you look into this?  You obviously took the company's line that "it was someone else"!  The someone else is THEM.  [redacted] is their fulfillment supplier.  4MD Medical doesn't make anything, just gets all the stuff from different vendors/subcontractors.  I bought from 4MD Medical, who in turn got the material from [redacted].  See the attached emails from 4MD that clearly refer to their vendor.  As a cus[redacted]er I don't care who they subcontract with or where they get their materials, but when [redacted] directs me to their site and the purchase goes through them it is the responsibility of 4MD Medical to see that the order is correct. [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and am not satisfied. I received a defective product and they are attaching conditions to the credit. Since it took over a month for me to get to someone who would or could actually issue an RMA, I have no faith in their response that a credit will be issued.

As the attachment of my credit card statement shows the purchase was bought from and paid to 4MD Medical.  How can they deny this proof?

RMA has been setup, customer has shipped product back to warehouse and is in transit. once we receive products at warehouse we will issue a full refund.4MD Return Policy: [redacted]
 CREDITS AND REFUNDS: We will credit your purchase, excluding shipping...

and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.4MD Medical

4MD Medical issued a full refund on 3/15/2016 and informed customer that they don't not need to return the item shipped. Customer Service4MD Medical

Customer ended up receiving both items and we told him to keep at no charge.
