Review: I needed shirts made for family and friends.. my brother had past away and I ask [redacted] if he was able to have all my shirts made by the day of my brothers service. he then told me yes no problem. come the day he did not have them ready.. he then said they will be ready 1 hour before funeral which was at 12. he then called me at 11 and said it will be another 2 hours he needs to put on the prints. after the funeral I went down to his shop he then says he don't have any shirts he needs to go pick them up cause they never came in last night. I told him I no longer needed the shirts just give me my money back. he said I would have to wait a week for him to get his money back. he then charged me for the sheets he already printed plus more. he gave me 2 different prices them what he emailed me. he just had excuse after excuse why I had to wait for shirts to be made as well as give me my money back. this guy has yet not tried to contact me nor give me some kind of refund. even after he wrote a letter saying I will have my money back that next week. just very bad businessesDesired Settlement: all I ask for is my money back that [redacted] said he will give back.. I paid 630.00 but he printed out a few sheets of my brothers picture so he did charge me for them.. I don't mind I would like my 579.00 he said he would give back for not having shirts made on time.
