Response to ID ***Although Elite Property Management does not set the rules, we do enforce them as set forth in the Association's governing documentsTo that end, we have included a detailed response from Association's Executive Board
response because:I did follow the Elite rule about not parking next to a white line.I pulled my car up to the beginning of the white line; had stopped at the white line.I was not parked next to the white line.I know what happened. I know where I parked. Elite can claim whatever they want. Bottom line is I will not admit to doing something I did not do; no matter who they threaten to send letters to. Every violation they are referring to was not considered right. The difference between then and now is that no one said anything.Elite is clearly upset that someone is not backing down; their remark about sending a letter to a tenant shows that. The car they are referring to has no longer been anywhere on the property. They can stop threatening to harass the tenant by sending a letter. I have already accepted that this is a situation where the little guy can't win. However that does not mean I am going to be bullied into admitting something I know I did not do.
Sincerely,
