There must have been a mistake in my order cause I ordered orders of wings at $each should have been $not $I mentioned the May incident to owner and he said he would be given my $ back plus a $gift card which I felt was suffient for both timesHowever when I arrived to pick up $cash and gift cardThe owner was getting smart on the phone, said he is not giving me no gift card since I contacted Revdex.com and I picked up my $ and left the establishmentI disputed both incidents with my bank so I have my money back.

working for them.  I did receive the information in the mail and am providing the enclosed documentation. The customer states that she was charged $5.00 as a tip that was unapproved on two instances. The instance dated 05/17/2017 I was aware of because she called and informed us. Through researching the charge the customer was correct in the fact that she was accidentally charged an additional $5.00, but it was not intentional as the bartenders were extremely busy and mistakenly confused two receipts. The receipt that left a $5.00 tip was never charged and this customer was mistakenly charged. The customer was informed of the mistake and her $5.00 refund was left for her to pick up. However, we had never been informed of any overcharge occurring on 03/29/2017 and upon looking into that claim it became apparent the customer wasn't being truthful. The customer states her bill was $20.76 and she was overcharged $5.00; however, as you can see from the enclosed credit card receipt her base total was $25.76 and she was not being truthful.If you have any questions, the business phone number is 216.417.7296.
