The customer lives in Canada where the product was shipped at a cost of $28.98. We had not charged the customer for shipping and took the loss. It was our fault.[redacted]The customer supplied a bad address and the Canadian Royal Mail returned the package to us. We contacted the customer to let him know his package had been returned. He told us to forget it. That he had manufactured the part he needed. Since we already spent $28.98 to ship it to him and had already taken the loss, we closed the shipment. Had we known the $3.05 was that important we would have gladly refunded him and will do so now.
