The VA issued me a scooter and lift due to my back issues The lift was delivered and installed by *** in November There is a warranty guaranteed by the VA which is renewable every year Since October I've been trying to call him to come out and fix some problems with the liftAll I get is his voice mail He doesn't answer or return phone calls I found out from a scooter repairman at the VA I'm not the only one with this problem
With the necessity of being able to transport the scooter being hampered and the safety of anyone near the lift when I bring the lift down at stake, it's imperative to have it repaired Please help
