Scooter Madness

Ordered a scooter Mid December, paid the rush processing fee, have not got any tracking information 2 weeks later. I have sent emails and left messages and no one has ever contacted me. Very disappointed since I Ordered this for a Christmas gift

I purchased a scooter online from Scooter Madness due to their pricing and free shippingThe color I selected was not available at the time, so I was contacted immediately and options were discussedA new color was selected and I received my shipping tracking infoThe shipping company failed to activate it in their system, so Scooter Madness spoke with them and straightened everything outI got exactly what I ordered, for less than I was going to spend for the same item elsewhereIt actually arrived in less time than I expectedThe people at Scooter Madness were great, very professional and helpfulI could not be happier with my dealings with them

I bought a Tao Tao Powermax 150cc in March, received in AprilIt came seat ripped and body scratched, some fluid covered the front end Was not happy but still optimistic....filled with gas and oil got on and turned the key and the only sound was a "click" Charged the battery but still the "click", a mechanic stated the engine is frozen and all the oil I put In leaked outThe company will not give my money back or send me a new bike, I tried several different scenarios that would help both of us bUT they refused all But no! All they kept saying was "we don't want the scooters back"Now I have to fix the broken bike they sent me! I bought a new bike but apparently I got a fixer upper DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT

I have nothing but good things to say about scooter madness they helped me out so much through the buying process and have very quick shipment It was an all-around great experience and I appreciate them so much for all they did
