Motor vehicle safety is incredibly important to Scoop, and we have to verify motor vehicle history records before we allow anyone to drive another carpoolerThe Driver's License did not come up as valid, and we asked to be sent a picture of the license (as is standard) so we can verifyWe were
refused and told to just verify the license, which we will not do for the safety of our community
If you want to drive carpoolers on the Scoop platform, you have to have a valid license or send a picture of your license so it can be verified

one month since my first (and last) scoop service, where I was initially promised over the phone that my money for an uber ride home would be refunded within 2-3 days. I have called, emailed, messaged, complained to Revdex.com and still no refund. This is unaccpeptable for a business that has been operating for two years. I was guaranteed a free ride home and refund for the money I spent because the scoop service did not find a ride for me on my way home from work. I want my money refunded.
